Healing Waters

Last night I took a bath. Shocking, I know. I will admit it was unusual for me.
Of course I bathe every day, but showers are not the same. Making time for a bath is a treat I rarely indulge in, partly because it is hard for me to sit still for a long period of time. ..10 minutes or more. Sometimes I find a product that is worthy of my full attention and I want to try it. Healing Waters by Aromafloria was that kind of product. It is a spa therapy made from “65 ancient sea minerals and oligo-elements rich in magnesium, potassium and bromides.” That is a fancy way of saying, “this bath salt has seaweed extract that is loaded with good stuff for healing your skin.” Best of all it smells heavenly with essential oils from mandarin, bergamot, vetiver, and juniper. After I added this mineral soak to the bath water, I instantly began to relax. The packaging says it is purifying and is helpful in an anti-cellulite program. I think it’s really got its work cut out if it will do all that for me. Nevertheless it was a wonderful addition to my little soak in the tub. As I was drying off I could tell that my skin was hydrated and it felt so soft. Instead of two thumbs up I give this product two feet up---in the tub. It made me stop and smell the essential oils (no roses). Remembering this experience will definitely remind me to take time for a bath.
